HOW TO BUY IN OUR ONLINE SHOP?
Select the products and the amount of units you want.
Once you've selected all the items, you will proceed fill your personal informatioon
(Please check to enter the correct address information) Before payment, you will have
to choose one of the shipping options depending on the continent you live:
America $15 USD
Europe $23 USD
Oceania $30 USD
Africa $30 USD
Asia $55 USD
Payment is made through PayPal. Once payment is confirmed we will send you a
confirmation email, and within 120 business hours you will receive your order at your
address.
SHIPPING BY FEDEX
Fedex performs two delivery attempts at home. If you are not in home in the second
delivery attempt Fedex will leave a card with contact details to coordinate the
withdrawal. The person receiving the request must be over 18 and provide
identification.
After the purchase, we provide the shipping number so you can track the status of
your shipment through Fedex web page. For any further questions or concerns, please
contact Fedex.
CUSTOM TAXES
Once the shipment arrives at the customs of the destination country, depending on
the legislation of that country, they may require you to pay customs duties prior to the
delivery or pick up of your package. These taxes are the exclusive responsibility of the
customer and vary in each country without prior notice or notification. Since we are
not in a position to determine the existence or the exact charge of these customs
taxes, we recommend you to contact the local customs office in your country to obtain
accurate and up-to- date information before purchase.
WARRANTY
We guarantee your Planar against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months
from the date of purchase. If your purchase are outside the warranty period, we will
consider if you can do somenthing about it or not.
If your order has a manufacturing defect, we will provide you a new product. But the
shipping cost will be responsibility of the customer.
